SERVICE and STORE POLICIES AND REFUNDS

All products and services are copyrighted material owned by StarWalker Group and StarWalker Group LLC. You may not share any product or service created by StarWalker Group in any format without direct written permission from StarWalker Group.

These Store Policies cover all products and services you purchase directly from TheStarWalkerGroup.com or directly from StarWalker Group and StarWalker Group LLC at a live event. Events, products or services sponsored or delivered by a third party must be dealt with directly with the party and are subject to the policies of that third party.

All requests for refund or assistance should be emailed HERE. Approved refunds will be provided via original payment method in US Dollars, unless prohibited, within 5 business days of request. Specific policies for type of product or service may be different and are detailed below.

Products and Services include but are not limited to:

Digital Downloads
Digital Downloads are delivered immediately to the email you provided at purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds and technical service cannot be provided. However, if you have a problem downloading, entered an incorrect email, or did not receive a link, you may email HERE and every attempt will be made to provide you with the product within the first two weeks of purchase. If you still are not able to retrieve the product, you may be offered the choice to receive the product in physical form if available, with the cost of shipping via United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service at your expense. You are responsible for backing up and maintaining your purchase for the future. Your downloads will not be replaced due to your loss of them, your computer failure or transition to a new device.

Physical Goods
Physical goods may include, but are not limited to: hard copy CDs, DVDs, BRDs, books, cards, and other physical products.
Physical goods will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase via United States Postal Service, unless otherwise noted. If you receive a defective product, it will be refunded or replaced. You may be required to return the defective product at your expense. If you lose, break or destroy the product in the future, your product will not be replaced.

Online Classes
If you cancel your class enrollment prior to passcodes being sent out, you may receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Passcodes are sent 24 hours prior to the event. Once passcodes have been sent, no refunds will be given.
If an online class has a specific refund policy other than the one noted above, those details will be on the original purchase page and in your email confirmation.
Technology is not always reliable, therefore, StarWalker Group and StarWalker Group LLC can not guarantee that live events will be accessible. Every attempt is made to record all calls. In the event that a call is not available live, you will be provided access to the recording.
If all recording fails, or if an event is cancelled by StarWalker Group at any time, you will be offered a full refund.

Subscriptions
As soon as you cancel your subscription, your card will not be charged again. No refunds will be given for unused portions.

In-Person Classes or Retreats
Each In-Person Class or Retreat has specific refund policies that will be listed at the bottom of the event sales page and in your email confirmation. You are responsible for noting these policies prior to purchase. No refunds will be given for partial attendance of a class.

Private Sessions
Cancellations received prior to 48 hours of a scheduled session will be refunded in full minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not receive a refund.
If you miss a scheduled session for any reason, you will be granted one time to reschedule without penalty. If you miss a second scheduling, you will forfeit the session and no refund will be given.
Cancellations from either party are rare. Please note that if StarWalker Group cancels or misses your session, every effort will be made to reschedule as soon as possible. If a new suitable time can not be found, you will be refunded the appropriate amount due. If a session is missed or rescheduled by the client, rescheduling will be accommodated at the normal booking time, generally about 8-12 weeks in advance.

Credit Card Storage
TheStarWalkerGroup.com does NOT store credit card details, and does not sell or share purchase details with any third parties for their marketing use. Please see the Privacy Policy above for more information.

Refund Processing
All refunds will be processed within 5 business days via original type of purchase. If a cash purchase was made, any qualified refund will be processed via check, drawn on a US bank in US dollars and mailed directly to you. To process a refund request, email HERE.
